Information on calculating performance data
Please bear in mind that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Investment funds are subject to market-related price fluctuations that may lead to losses up to and including total loss of all capital invested. You are expressly advised to read the risk notes in the detailed sales prospectus.
Unless otherwise stated, all performance data provided is calculated using the BVI method and reflects gross performance. This considers all costs arising at fund level and assumes the reinvestment of any distributions. Net performance is based on a model calculation with an invested sum of EUR 1,000, the maximum front-end load and a redemption fee (if applicable; see master data). It does not include any other costs possibly incurred by the individual investor, such as custody costs. As the front-end load is only incurred in the first year and the redemption fee is only incurred upon sale (currently assumed to apply), there is only a difference in the gross/net details in the first year and the current year if a redemption fee is pending for the fund. To calculate the individual performance of your fund, including all costs, please go to "Performance calculator" in the detailed view of your fund under "Key figures".
Information about the fair treatment of mutual fund investors
The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) announced in November 2015 that all investors in the same mutual fund should receive information about the assets in their portfolio and their performance at the same time and to the same extent, irrespective of whether they are private or institutional investors. Axxion naturally complies with this requirement for all the German mutual funds and Luxembourg mutual funds licensed for distribution in Germany that it manages. Private investors who wish to assert this claim are asked to express their interest in an email to crm@axxion.lu, specifying the relevant Axxion S.A. fund and attaching a current securities account statement as proof of ownership of shares in this fund and a copy of their personal ID. We will then reply with a confidentiality declaration to be signed and an overview of the available fund information that goes into more detail than those provided on the fund details page under www.axxion.de/fonds.
